• You understand that IMSA reserves the right to modify rules, regulations, and procedures related to registrations, payments, and participation from time to time, and you agree to abide by them.
• The decision of IMSA regarding approval or rejection of registrations, memberships, event participation, seminar/conference attendance, or journal publications is final and binding.
• You authorize IMSA to charge your Credit Card / Debit Card / Bank account towards applicable fees for memberships, events, seminars, conferences, or journal publications as per the authorization provided by you during registration or payment.
• You understand and accept that the jurisdiction for any disputes relating to IMSA is within India.
• IMSA will not be responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of the online payment system or services provided on this website.
